By creating a Sincerise account, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Sincerise is a dating app that lets you discover profiles, match and chat with other members.
2. Requirements to sign up
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate information and a photo of yourself.
- Have a single, personal account.
3. Your behavior
It is forbidden to:
- harass, threaten or insult other members;
- post sexual, violent or illegal content;
- impersonate someone or create fake profiles;
- solicit for commercial purposes, scam or ask for money;
- share contact details in your bio or username (conversations happen in the in-app messaging).
4. Moderation
We may remove content, warn, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules. You can report or block a member at any time.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features (Premium, credits, boosts) are paid. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases already used are non-refundable.
6. Your content
You remain the owner of your content. You allow us to display it to other members as part of the service. You confirm you have the right to publish it.
7. Liability
Sincerise is provided "as is". We cannot verify every person or guarantee any meeting. Stay safe: never share financial information and meet in a public place.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Privacy and security).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country: Italy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
